Åsa day 4

Today Karin told me to bake a bread after my own recipe.
So I did.
Here's the recpie:

500g milk
800g flour
200g rye flour
50g yeast
50g olive oil
5g salt
100g sour cream
70g walnuts
100g almonds
130g apple
a little less than ½dl honey
(some spices, for exaple cinnamon)

Do like this:
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk (37 degrees) and add the oil.
2. Combine the yeast mixture with all the rye flour and 500g of the regular flour.
3. Add the honey, salt and sour cream. Stir well.
4. Roughly chop the almonds and walnuts and add them in the bowl. Grate the apple and add.
5. Add the rest of the flour, a little at a time. Make sure the dough doesn't become to dry, it can be a little sticky.
6. Work the dough really well.
7. Let the dough rise under plastic or a towel until it's double it's original size.
8. Divide the dough into pieces of 200g, and make the pieces round.
9. Put a little water on top and dip them in rye flour.
10. Let them rise again for a while.
11. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Unfortunately my camera is temporarily dead, so there will be no pictures, but it is a pretty tasty bread.

jag blir dödssugen. om jag kommer och hälsar på dej imorgon by accident, bjuder du mej på bröd?

självklart! du får alltid äta bröd hos mig! kan kanske ta med lite till Malmö nästa helg om du har tur!
